The following procedures will ensure proper registration with Sunny Mortgage:
- Sunny Mortgage will send you flyers advertising their loan officer programs (you must provide with your fed-ex etc. acct). Title company faxes to 775-251-1243 the following document.
- Staple your business card on each flyer and display at your title office
- Take a picture of the flyers at your office and send to Sunny Mortgage
- Tell loan officers about the Sunny program
- Get new loan officers in touch with Sunny Mortgage for registration.
Sunny Mortgage will sign these new loan officers up and ensure that they ONLY close with YOUR title company. For every loan officer that you refer to Sunny Mortgage, you can ACTUALLY receive $100 residual income! Please
note that residual income will not be earned if the new loan officer is registered as part of a group, other resitrictions may apply.

In order for your title company to be approved, the answer to the following two questions, must be = Yes!
1. Sunny Mortgage must receive pictures showing that your title company is displaying the postcards in their corporate office
2. The title company must refer at least two members that join Sunny on the 100% commission program that close a loan with your referred title company
Please allow up to 90 days for your title company to be approved.
