Just another tidbit about SunnyMTG.com
To lenders and account executives;
I would like
to make you aware of a very serious issue I am facing (as well as numerous other LO´s) with Sumit Gaddh the owner of Sunny mortgage. I recently closed a loan with Senderra for which he is refusing to pay me. I have made
numerous phone calls, e-mails and left messages with no response as of yet since last Thursday May 30th. It seems his staff is also involved in screening his calls and are evasive when asked specific questions about loans or
payouts. I even traveled 3 and a half hours from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale to resolve this issue, since they will not speak with me over the phone regarding my pay. Upon arrival to my surprise the office is not accesible to the
public. There is no front entrance and you are only allowed to speak to someone through the back door which they refuse to open. And although on his website he states not to go through the front and enter through the rear noone
is allowed to even walk inside of the office without their consent. They stated I must make an appointment, but everytime I have tried to do so (approximately 7 times since my trip to Ft Lauderdale) I am told that Sumit must
contact me to do so. To the say the least, I still have no appointment. It just seems very odd that the mortgage company I work for does not even allow me to walk-into the office.
My true concern comes after going through
this experience discovering online through various web sources (including mortgage grapevine) that there are numerous LO´s that are facing the same issue and are having their checks withheld by Sunny Mortgage for no reason

I have just recently been in contact with some of these LO´s that have
done business with Sumit Gaddh as far back as a few years ago, and they are still waiting for payment on loans funded.
This man, and his team give out the impression to be running a scam. I urge you to check the links which
I have provided in this message regarding the way he fails to conduct business. I have spoken with several LO´s which worked with him and were also refused pay who are in the process of seeking legal action against him and his
company. If this man can be so blatantly malicious as to keep the money of the people that have worked EXTREMELY HARD and with so much need due to the current market, I cannot imagine what other things this company is capable
of doing.
I just want you to understand the reason I am sending this e-mail is for you to be aware of the type of individual you are doing business with on a daily basis. As mortgage brokers and loan officers things are
very difficult for us right now. Every loan we close counts, and for many of us is our only source of income. This is the money we use to live and feed our families, and I simply cannot accept that a man can keep what I, as
well as so many others, have worked so hard for. I am sure you can understand how frustrating it is for us right now to only have the ability to get paid on commission and then have this our only source of income stolen from
what we consider our employer. Our issues with Sumit Gaddh can become major factors that could lead your companies to not do business with Sunny mortgage in the future.

If SunnyMtg.com - Sumit Gadhh - or "Abraham", have failed to pay you for a loan that you closed - we need to hear from you.
The State of Florida is now investigating and we have a Congressman that sits on the Financial Services Committee wanting to hear our story.
Mr. Gaddh is apparently recruiting and closing loans and not paying people. (why
rip of the borrowers when you can just rob the loan officers).
TO date there are 27 of us - and we know that there are more hardworking people than this - who he has taken for a ride.

Currently we know at least 27 we suspect the number of victims is around 200-300.
