PROCESSOR would assist the Loan Officer in putting the file and disclosures together.
PROCESSOR or LOAN OFFICER: would print three (3) Original Sets of these documents and get all 3 Sets signed and dated with the borrower. Stack the full file in this File
Submission Checklist Format (developed by Sunny Mortgage and accepted by most lenders) in conjunction with all applicable items listed on the Mortgage Loan Info Guide
PROCESSOR or LOAN OFFICER: Make Three (3) Full Copies of this Package & Submit:
One original to Lender of originators choice, either via fax if BC or via postal mail if A Paper
One original to the assigned Sunny Mortgage Processor or to the SM Administrative Office
Keep One copy for the originators records (destroyed after the file closes)
PROCESSOR: Once the file comes out of underwriting AND is approved, would close on the stips / conditions such as VOE, VOR, Title Work, Homeowners Insurance, and/or missing items on the Mortgage Loan Info Guide that the underwriter wants, etc and coordinate the closing amongst the parties.
LOAN OFFICER: after the file closes, would either mail any and all records related this file to SM office or destroy all records related to the file, as storing them any longer would be a violation of both state and
federal laws, as this act can be construed as operating as branch office, which SM opportunity is clearly NOT.
